What is Construction Project Management?

At ITI Technical College, we offer an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) Degree in Construction Management where students gain the right skills to perform all onsite responsibilities when it comes to construction. Some of the things that one is required to learn are:

Hiring and supervising subcontractors

Dealing with onsite problems such as unmet deadlines, safety concerns, and delays

Keeping the client updated on the progress of the project

Working together with other specialists such as engineers and architects

Managing the construction workers, project expenses, and budget

Construction Management generally works directly with the engineers, techniques, and materials to transform the designs into real constructions. Here, hands-on experience is required.
