Duties of a Construction Project Manager 


Construction project managers handle the everyday running of a building project from beginning to end. Duties include:

●        Checking with surveyors and architects to come up with a plan, including resources required, timescales, and costs involved.

●        Developing schedules of tasks needed for each day, from primary preparation of the site to final conclusion.

●        Supervising day-to-day tasks once construction starts, checking quality and progress of the build.

●        Ensuring the site meets safety, health, and building regulations.
