The U.S. must remain globally competitive to keep enough people employed and our GDP solid. Manufacturing is becoming more efficient and we must keep our exports up. IT Tech training keeps it all headed in the right direction. IT Technicians need formal education that eventually leads to certification in the industry. Major responsibilities in this career include:  Maintain company IT systems  Trouble shoot existing systems  Install new equipment and computers  Replace old software with new software  Teach employees correct IT practices  Advise employees about security issues  Provide technical support  Perform tests on equipment  Repair and service computers   Communicate with clients and supervisor A solid IT program will incorporate all of this i
